Gift for a friend

I bought this as a gift for a friend, so obviously it's hard to give an honest review. I did notice that he's going out more and is a little less sad. Not sure if it's because of this ebook. He told me he realized that he'd been holdinghis ex to a lower standard than he should've. And he wasn't about to do it anymore.

I feel calm
