Worth it

Good for reflection and I learned new things about avoidants as well. I loved the real life experiences, made me feel like I'm not crazy. Plus very fast customer service, I couldnt find the download (it was in my junk mail) and got a response very fast.

A very practical guide. I was very hurt by my ex. Anyone who has been with an aoidant knows how difficult it is to move on. Especially since it's so hard to get closure from them.
